ICE CREAM
We serve ice cream by iceDate exclusively, which is made by Gunther. There is no refined sugar, aromas, additives or animals products in it. Instead iceDate ice cream is made from cashews and dates. More info here…
We also created three Sundaes – in our menu they are called iceDate Bowls.
DRINKS
Of course there is coffee. We use espresso beans from the Munich roaster Fausto. Next to classical drinks like Flat White or Latte Macchiato, we offer Affogato and Iced Matcha with Vanilla ice cream. More highlights are our Shakes and our homemade Masala Chai – we use our mortar every morning.
WAFFLES
Our waffles are sweetened entirely with dates. The dough is based on whole-grain spelt flour and of course no animal products or aromas. Instead we use real bourbon vanilla. Every waffle is freshly baked when ordered. So please bring a bit of time with you. Your patience will be rewarded.
CAKES
There are two cake options at a time, which alternate. Regular cakes include bananabread, chocolate cake and vanilla-lemon cake. Like our waffles the cakes are made with whole-grain spelt flour. Cakes are sweetened with dates. There is the option two have your slice toasted!!
ALL-DAY-LUNCH
Last but not least, we offer an All-Day-Lunch, meaning one savory meal, available throughout the day – as long as we are not sold out. It is homemade and typically cooked by Tom. There is no additional sugar in it and it is gluten free. There is the option to order a side dish with it.
